		<description>Yes, the publishing industry is concentrated few hands. What never ceases to amaze me is how the legal publishers in this country were sold off to foreign conglomerates. In particular, I’m talking about the companies that publish the law. No one in Washington saw any problem with the off-shoring of our legal publishers. I wonder how profitable it is to publish West Virginia law — probably not profitable at all. I haven’t checked to see if it is still published.</description>
